This Intermediate program is offered as a round trip starting and finishing at the Annsville Creek Paddlesport Center. Heading south we pass Indian Point, George’s Island and the town of Verplanck.

We then enter Haverstraw Bay, where the Hudson River is wide and has the potential for rougher conditions.

The current is in our favor both ways. The wind of course is an unknown factor, which makes this trip appropriate for strong intermediate paddlers.
