We send out  program literature to many clients. While most don't have any problems receiving these messages, so can't get them. The Trip Descriptions are in a PDF format (see Acrobat PDF Information). If you receive e-mail and it has a .MIM extension. You need to de-code it. AOL 6 and above will de-code these automatically. If your browser does not de-code MIME you will need a decoder (see below).
