Kids Kayak Day Kamp (Ages 9 – 13)

A weeklong workshop introducing and expanding paddlesports to kids ages 9 – 13 through instruction-based games and fun. Kids will paddle sea kayaks, white water kayaks and canoes while learning about the Hudson River environment. Two sessions are offered (July and August), and camp is daily from 9:00am – 3:30pm.
Kids must not have a fear of the water. Kids kayaks, paddles and PFDs will be provided. What you need to bring: lunch, water, sun screen, towel, change of clothes, water shoes or sandals and a sense of adventure.
Rain Policy: Program will run even in the rain. Credit for the day will be given if we are not able to get on the water. Credit can be applied towards a retail purchase, tour, or instructional. Credit expires at end of season.
