Chota River Runner Low Top Bootie
The Chota River Runner Low Top are good cool water booties. Wear a thin sock inside for comfort, extra warmth and to help keep them smelling clean. Wear a thick sock for colder water use. These are a great
combination for use with a dry suit with Gore-Tex Socks. The Chota high top booties are thicker and warmer for winter paddling. The quality is high so these boots hold up well to everyday kayak use. Low tops work great with Dry Suits that have Gore-Tex Socks. We wear warm socks inside the Dry Suit Gore-Tex socks so the 3 mm neoprene is perfect. Make sure you purchase booties large enough to wear socks.
Chota Says: This 3mm neoprene bootie is perfect for warm water. A 5mm-thick all-terrain vulcanized rubber sole provides superior traction while the unique plastic midsole, coupled with a vulcanized rubber toe cap and heel counter, provides ultimate foot protection. An over-the-arch strap holds the foot in place while specially vented side panels allow water to drain out. The triple-glued and blind-stitched seams are comfortable and durable. .
