Valley kayaks are made in Nottingham (England) under the direction of world renowned sea kayaker and designer Frank Goodman. While other kayak companies have tried to grow into large corporations, Frank has always said Valley Canoe Products will continue to be a small company that specializes in making the best designed, highest quality, sea kayaks. Valley Canoe Products has continued to lead the industry with innovative designs. Attention to detail is a key component of Valley. Their curved bulkheads, hatch covers, skeg systems, deck layout are still the best in kayaking.
Valley Kayaks were the first fiberglass kayaks Atlantic Kayak Tours purchased in 1986. All VCP Kayaks come with great standard features and the widest selection of optional equipment available. Let us know if you need something special; custom colors, custom reinforcement, extra recess fittings, different compass recess.
Late in 2005, Frank Goodman sold Valley and many things have changed. Many new kayaks became available in both composite and plastic. The composite boats are being built using new techniques to reduce weight. We have demos of most Valley Sea Kayaks available.
